Mnawer Al Sharaf dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 12th minute Petter Jönsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mnawer Al Sharaf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mnawer Al Sharaf made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Fausto Ekain sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petter Jönsson in the 17th minute of play forced U21 Kuwait's goalkeeper Mnawer Al Sharaf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mnawer Al Sharaf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herman Högman, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Ekain got free with Mnawer Al Sharaf in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, U21 Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Ekain came free, but Mnawer Al Sharaf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Sharf Al Rodhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mnawer Al Sharaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Skog in the 28th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Eric Skog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mnawer Al Sharaf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Sergio Distiratsu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mnawer Al Sharaf. U21 Kuwait's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Distiratsu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Otto Smitt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osama Al Azmi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petter Jönsson hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Mnawer Al Sharaf made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Ingvar Holmberg sent off a good shot on target. Mnawer Al Sharaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Ekain in the 39th minute of the match. The corner led to SleddKnicks IF's Sergio Distiratsu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 42 minutes into the match, U21 Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Högman came free, but Mnawer Al Sharaf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herman Högman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. U21 Kuwait's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Herman Högman scored to the left of an out of position Mnawer Al Sharaf, making the score, 3-0.

The audience was convinced that Fausto Ekain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mnawer Al Sharaf was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Otto Smitt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Kuwait. After a rather tough play, U21 Kuwait's Yaqoub Bo Hamad got a free kick in the 69th minute. Mnawer Al Sharaf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fausto Ekain in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mnawer Al Sharaf saved U21 Kuwait from getting behind. If Herman Högman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Ekain in the 74th minute of play forced U21 Kuwait's goalkeeper Mnawer Al Sharaf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Fausto Ekain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SleddKnicks IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Mnawer Al Sharaf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Högman in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute, Fausto Ekain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mnawer Al Sharaf was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. U21 Kuwait's Mnawer Al Sharaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Distiratsu in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Fausto Ekain made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. U21 Kuwait's Mnawer Al Sharaf tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mnawer Al Sharaf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Distiratsu in the 92nd minute of play. When Sharf Al Rodhan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. U21 Kuwait's Mnawer Al Sharaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Cane in the 96th minute of play. Mnawer Al Sharaf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Distiratsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
