U21 Kuwait's Mnawer Al Sharaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Ekain in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, SleddKnicks IF's Herman Högman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mnawer Al Sharaf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Fausto Ekain put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mnawer Al Sharaf. When Sergio Distiratsu came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the SleddKnicks IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Distiratsu couldn't finish the play. Mnawer Al Sharaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Ekain in the 19th minute of the match. Otto Smitt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Masuod Al Jalahma in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Högman in the 23rd minute of play forced U21 Kuwait's goalkeeper Mnawer Al Sharaf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mnawer Al Sharaf having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, U21 Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Ekain came free, but Mnawer Al Sharaf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mnawer Al Sharaf having to interfere. Fausto Ekain scored 0-4 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mnawer Al Sharaf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Ulf Brolin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mnawer Al Sharaf was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. U21 Kuwait's Mnawer Al Sharaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Distiratsu in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute, SleddKnicks IF's Ulf Brolin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ulf Brolin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SleddKnicks IF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ulf Brolin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in SleddKnicks IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! The U21 Kuwait players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SleddKnicks IF were winning 0-5.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Masuod Al Jalahma made a kick off. Rune Cane blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mnawer Al Sharaf having to make a save. Zaher Al Srae kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Rune Cane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Mnawer Al Sharaf made a huge save. Herman Högman kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Petter Jönsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to U21 Kuwait getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sharf Al Rodhan hit a great ball. The supporters of SleddKnicks IF booed when U21 Kuwait was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sharf Al Rodhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Skog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mnawer Al Sharaf having to interfere. Fausto Ekain in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mnawer Al Sharaf, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Mnawer Al Sharaf managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when SleddKnicks IF's Fausto Ekain fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Masuod Al Jalahma took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Otto Smitt. Otto Smitt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. After a defensive mix-up in U21 Kuwait's zone, Ingvar Holmberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mnawer Al Sharaf came out of the goal and Ingvar Holmberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, U21 Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Petter Jönsson came free, but Mnawer Al Sharaf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, 苏斌浩 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SleddKnicks IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U21 Kuwait the free kick. 苏斌浩 hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the match was over SleddKnicks IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than U21 Kuwait throughout the match.
