The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcus Bittencourts short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Lázaro Lorencio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 11 minutes into the match, Vimmerby's goalkeeper Lázaro Lorencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Bittencourt. Vimmerby's Lázaro Lorencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Melo in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Vimmerby getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ingvar Björk hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, REAL ITALIANI F.C's Edu Melo got a free kick in the 18th minute. Adriano Friggieri came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Vimmerby's Ingemar Bergfeldt. But to his dismay, Ingemar Bergfeldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Edu Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute 朱棋俊 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Friggieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match Vimmerby got a corner. REAL ITALIANI F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rasmus Säf ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 27 minutes of play, Vimmerby's Ingemar Bergfeldt made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adriano Friggieri was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Vimmerby booed when REAL ITALIANI F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zézinho Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Vimmerby's goalkeeper Lázaro Lorencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Bittencourt. Marcus Bittencourt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lázaro Lorencio firmly grabbed it by the left post. REAL ITALIANI F.C were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Vimmerby's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eguntsenti Sayavedra took the corner. The corner led REAL ITALIANI F.C's Eguntsenti Sayavedra to fire away a dangerous shot which Lázaro Lorencio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edu Melo charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edu Melo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th minute, Edu Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Edu Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ingemar Bergfeldt came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Vimmerby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingemar Bergfeldt couldn't finish the play. After the first half Vimmerby were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingemar Bergfeldt was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Marcus Bittencourt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vimmerby's Lázaro Lorencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the game, REAL ITALIANI F.C's Marcus Bittencourt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lázaro Lorencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingemar Bergfeldt in the 61st minute of play forced REAL ITALIANI F.C's goalkeeper Adriano Friggieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Lorencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Friggieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Bergfeldt in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Edu Melo notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Vimmerby's Lázaro Lorencio. Lázaro Lorencio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68thth minute of the game Marcus Bittencourt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vimmerby's Lázaro Lorencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 69 minutes Vimmerby's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eguntsenti Sayavedra who took care of the corner kick. Peru Riguera kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Marcus Bittencourt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, Vimmerby's 朱棋俊 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adriano Friggieri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. After 83 minutes, Marcus Bittencourt made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Vimmerby's Lázaro Lorencio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When REAL ITALIANI F.C's Marcus Bittencourt in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vimmerby's goalie prevented a goal. After 94 played minutes Vimmerby got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Alebeck.
