Grayson Gruenigen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Ununger, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Fischverband Ostschweiz's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Ununger came free, but Grayson Gruenigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes Fischverband Ostschweiz got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Højlund. Fischverband Ostschweiz's Grayson Gruenigen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Ununger in the 14th minute of play forced Fischverband Ostschweiz's goalkeeper Grayson Gruenigen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to ManagerZone Crew's Andreas Spante getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Eduardo Lluis kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Peter Linkhorst cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Grayson Gruenigen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Linkhorst in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grayson Gruenigen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andre Giacomini struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Patrick Armstrong didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fischverband Ostschweiz. When Marcus Majewski fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ManagerZone Crew's protests and gave Marcus Majewski a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the ManagerZone Crew defense, Andre Giacomini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Armstrong. The ManagerZone Crew fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Armstrong should have stopped the shot. Adrian Våleman hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Andre Giacomini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Peter Linkhorst left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ManagerZone Crew fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matthew Frutig made a kick off. Theo Meyer's late challenge caught a ManagerZone Crew's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Theo Meyer helped the player get up and apologised. Fischverband Ostschweiz:s Grayson Gruenigen showed great skill when he stopped Adrian Våleman:s penalty. After 57 played minutes Fischverband Ostschweiz got a freekick which was hit by Albino Olayo. Peter Linkhorst who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Grayson Gruenigen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Linkhorst in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grayson Gruenigen saved Fischverband Ostschweiz from getting behind. 64 minutes into the match, Fischverband Ostschweiz's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Linkhorst came free, but Grayson Gruenigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Peter Linkhorst kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Grayson Gruenigen. That made the score 1-4 in the 71 minute of play. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre Giacomini in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Fischverband Ostschweiz's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Linkhorst came free, but Grayson Gruenigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Ununger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grayson Gruenigen having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrick Armstrong showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 98th minute of the game. One of Fischverband Ostschweiz:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ManagerZone Crew:s goal. In the 99th minute there was a penalty for ManagerZone Crew. Adrian Våleman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Grayson Gruenigen. 1-5. Thorbjörn Olerius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 102nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grayson Gruenigen having to interfere.
