Aldo Castrillo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Devis Vasquez. San Marino Thm's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 21 played minutes Penuel Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Diego Osorio. 25 minutes into the match, San Marino Thm's goal looked a bit too open when Ramos Cuyar came free, but Devis Vasquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danel Ayllon's late challenge caught a San Marino Thm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danel Ayllon helped the player get up and apologised. Devis Vasquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramos Cuyar's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 29th match minute, San Marino Thm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calixto Opacio to maneuver through the defense. Devis Vasquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramos Cuyar, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Devis Vasquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramos Cuyar's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 42 minutes, Ramos Cuyar made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. San Marino Thm's Devis Vasquez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute Niceto Ovalle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devis Vasquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Penuel Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Mielgo to maneuver through the defense. San Marino Thm's Devis Vasquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramos Cuyar in the 55th minute of play. Eron Reguer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Munoz in the 57th minute of play. Devis Vasquez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramos Cuyar went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramos Cuyar got free with Devis Vasquez in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th match minute, Penuel Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Bertiz to maneuver through the defense. Devis Vasquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Ovalle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Devis Vasquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramos Cuyar, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Aldo Castrillo hit a great ball. Devis Vasquez was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Niceto Ovalle capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Niceto Ovalle really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Penuel Football Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
