An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisa De Cat in the 11th minute of play forced Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Luis-Miguel Camara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute of the match The Heren Istarion got a corner. Strömsbro IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Askberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The Heren Istarion's Tomas Askberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luis-Miguel Camara in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 20 minutes into the game, Strömsbro IF's Tony Skarkman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Bouzon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 27th minute of the match The Heren Istarion got a corner. Strömsbro IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Askberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Adelino Lima was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The crowd rose to their feet as Strömsbro IF's Tony Skarkman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Bouzon. That made the score 2-2 after 33 minutes of play. David Bouzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Skarkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lisa De Cat made a kick off. Luis-Miguel Camara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisa De Cat in the 54th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Robert Falck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis-Miguel Camara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisa De Cat, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the game, The Heren Istarion's Lisa De Cat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luis-Miguel Camara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Lisa De Cat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Luis-Miguel Camara made a huge save. 70 minutes into the game, Lisa De Cat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Luis-Miguel Camara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Lisa De Cat kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luis-Miguel Camara. That made the score 2-5 in the 73 minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's Tony Skarkman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Bouzon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, The Heren Istarion's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Skarkman came free, but David Bouzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Strömsbro IF booed when The Heren Istarion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alto Jering didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Strömsbro IF's zone, Adelino Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis-Miguel Camara came out of the goal and Adelino Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Heren Istarion's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
