The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. PS Gurame Bakar's Fiz Artealde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frazer Fordham in the 3rd minute of play. Fiz Artealde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 林悦傲, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Enrique Hanot didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 5th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Fiz Artealde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 林悦傲 in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitri De Rijck in the 12th minute of play forced Nantwich's goalkeeper Enrique Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, PS Gurame Bakar's goal looked a bit too open when Frazer Fordham came free, but Fiz Artealde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Dimitri De Rijck took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Enrique Hanot to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st match minute, PS Gurame Bakar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franck Harding to maneuver through the defense. Fiz Artealde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Estebe in the 33rd minute of play. In the 40th minute Reynaldo Estebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fiz Artealde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Fevang made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Reynaldo Estebe. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind PS Gurame Bakar's goalkeeper Fiz Artealde, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

André Fevang made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by PS Gurame Bakar's Jan Kemper. Örjan Berggren was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. PS Gurame Bakar were victorious despite being under pressure from Nantwich for much of the match.
