The supporters of Cambaratiba booed when Sportkarelclub FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Massa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perivaldo Massa hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Marcelo Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wellington Paraíba in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Wellington Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wellington Paraíba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Paraibano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cambaratiba's Eurico Camargo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Albert Vergau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcelo Paraibano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wellington Paraíba went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 41 minutes into the match, Cambaratiba's goalkeeper Stanislaw Lichucki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Lerych. Marcelo Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wellington Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th match minute, Sportkarelclub FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perivaldo Massa to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Cambaratiba were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Wellington Paraíba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Marcelo Paraibano made a huge save. Damian Lerych's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stanislaw Lichucki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Wellington Paraíba in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcelo Paraibano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cambaratiba's Stanislaw Lichucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Vergau in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Cambaratiba's goal looked a bit too open when Semen Belkin came free, but Stanislaw Lichucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Sportkarelclub FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Paraibano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wellington Paraíba. Marin Giubelean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Paraibano having to interfere. The Sportkarelclub FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cambaratiba's performance. The match ended with a win for Cambaratiba.
