Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronaldo Fenomeno took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pedro Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Rafa Lojewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iustin Bâru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abdulkadir Eraslan having to make a save. Abdulkadir Eraslan made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Iustin Bâru sent off a good shot on target. After 13 played minutes Go Ahead Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Vural Akyol. 14 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Saldanha came free, but Rafa Lojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdulkadir Eraslan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iustin Bâru in the 15th minute. Rafa Lojewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Saldanha in the 16th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goalkeeper Abdulkadir Eraslan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustin Bâru. In the 25th minute Ronaldo Fenomeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafa Lojewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdulkadir Eraslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Amorebieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Go Ahead Eagles's Rafa Lojewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Lucas in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Fenomeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafa Lojewski. Go Ahead Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Fenomeno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Pedro Lucas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafa Lojewski having to make a save. Rafa Lojewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Go Ahead Eagles defense, Pedro Lucas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafa Lojewski. The Go Ahead Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafa Lojewski should have stopped the shot. Miau Stars's Abdulkadir Eraslan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Miau Stars from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Facundo Bot got free with Abdulkadir Eraslan in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 42nd minute of play forced Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper Rafa Lojewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Ronaldo Fenomeno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miau Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldo Fenomeno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iustin Bâru to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Iustin Bâru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Go Ahead Eagles's Merih Yesari was substituted for Grigore Mălaimare. The supporters of Miau Stars booed when Go Ahead Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Bot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's Flavinho Sousa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafa Lojewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 71st minute of play forced Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper Rafa Lojewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Go Ahead Eagles's Erling Lewandowski was substituted for Iustin Bâru. In the 74th minute Miau Stars were awarded a corner. Palmer Akers went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Di Yue got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rafa Lojewski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erling Lewandowski in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdulkadir Eraslan saved Miau Stars from getting behind. In the 92nd minute Erling Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdulkadir Eraslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdulkadir Eraslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Bot in the 94th minute of play. The Go Ahead Eagles supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Miau Stars's performance. The match ended with a win for Miau Stars.
