Anıl Özkut might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guilherme Catarinense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anıl Özkut ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anıl Özkut got free with Guilherme Catarinense in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Joinville United - FSCMZ's zone, Corneliu Cozac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guilherme Catarinense came out of the goal and Corneliu Cozac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Digital Monsterz FC's Amador Gabino got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Guilherme Catarinense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Digital Monsterz FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Birger Spetz in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Digital Monsterz FC were awarded a corner. Birger Spetz went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Guilherme Catarinense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mané Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mané Lara to strike the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Özkut came free, but Guilherme Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Digital Monsterz FC's Anıl Özkut in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Joinville United - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guilherme Catarinense should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the game, Xie Ying Cheng was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joinville United - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Digital Monsterz FC the free kick. After 78 played minutes Joinville United - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Xie Ying Cheng. A collision led to Digital Monsterz FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Julian Bykowski hit a great ball. Isak Jacobsson made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Jacek Krzynowek sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 85 minutes, Damazy Polek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Digital Monsterz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damazy Polek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damazy Polek scored 2-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guilherme Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isak Jacobsson was a little too slow when Maurício Donatello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 2-1. When the referee ended the match the Digital Monsterz FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
