Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Stowe City's Matt Briggs was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matthew Benjamin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stowe City's goalkeeper Kaj Helström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. USA's Matthew Benjamin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute, Mitchell Godwin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The wind increased when Merlin Castro made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Niles Crane came free, but Matthew Benjamin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute of the match, Lincoln Hand tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kaj Helström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Matt Briggs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kaj Helström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 93rd minute, Emmanuel Stroh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stowe City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.
