When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frederico Hendrickx made a kick off. PHOENIX SC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Garlic Eaters's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Phoenix Kante took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Lilcho Ilchov heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ray Clemence made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Justin Collingwood sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico Hendrickx in the 65th minute of play forced Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper Nikolay Bonkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikolay Bonkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loren Coya, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. PHOENIX SC's Aryeh Markovich was substituted for Holin Probohudono. 90 minutes into the match, PHOENIX SC's goalkeeper Ray Clemence had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justin Collingwood. Yonas Sutrisna hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Nikolay Bonkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico Hendrickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
