Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gonzalo Benavente started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joe Uytterhaegen in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomasz Galus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pawel Siedlecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Benavente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pawel Siedlecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Benavente, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 10 minutes Ovalle City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cyprian Domala who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on RED STAR FC.'s corner Cyprian Domala fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pawel Siedlecki quite easily take care of the ball. In the 14th minute, Joe Uytterhaegen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomasz Galus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joe Uytterhaegen's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. The RED STAR FC. fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when RED STAR FC.'s Gonzalo Benavente looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tomasz Galus came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Ovalle City's Anacleto Mascayano. But to his dismay, Anacleto Mascayano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tomasz Galus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Mascayano in the 38th minute of play. Faruk Nafiz Cezar hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ovalle City booed when RED STAR FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronald Hess didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomasz Galus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Mascayano in the 44th minute of play. RED STAR FC. made a substitution. Elvio Zamora replaced Arnaud Lemmens. In the 46th match minute, Ovalle City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Alcázar to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Joe Uytterhaegen made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind RED STAR FC.'s goalkeeper Tomasz Galus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ademar Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Siedlecki having to interfere. Pawel Siedlecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Benavente in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to RED STAR FC. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. The Ovalle City players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
