The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. YerBaTerOs's Intriago Viles quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. YerBaTerOs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Anguciana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute of the match Loco Fondos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jim Martin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eket BK's Jim Martin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Anguciana in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Folkert Reitsma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villegas Villagarcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Plata kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Andres Anguciana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jim Martin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Villegas Villagarcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pelle Blomquist in the 40th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andres Anguciana made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Maximiliano Plata got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jim Martin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. YerBaTerOs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Intriago Viles in the 53rd minute. Villegas Villagarcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Vennersten, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the game, Lucio Bruna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Jim Martin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jim Martin was a little too slow when Lucio Bruna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-5. The Eket BK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching YerBaTerOs's performance. The match ended with a win for YerBaTerOs.
