Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Delmar Isauro kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes Martirio AD got a freekick which was hit by Charles Romero. 5 minutes into the game, Francisco Freitas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Martirio AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NANO FC the free kick. The supporters of NANO FC booed when Martirio AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martirio AD's Taurino Santana-Bauzá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Isauro in the 8th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Michael Owen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Bologna was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After 11 minutes, Didi Azevedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Martirio AD and the NANO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Didi Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filiberto Su, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Taurino Santana-Bauzá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Isauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Owen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Enrique Bologna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruninho da Mata hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, NANO FC's Bartolo Mazuste got a free kick in the 38th minute. During the 39th minute of the match Didi Azevedo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Didi Azevedo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Didi Azevedo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Michael Owen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Enrique Bologna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michael Owen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Bologna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Taurino Santana-Bauzá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Isauro in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Michael Owen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Martirio AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Owen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Martirio AD's Bruninho da Mata got a free kick in the 58th minute. Delmar Isauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Taurino Santana-Bauzá read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Martirio AD's Michael Owen got a free kick in the 60th minute. Michael Owen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Delmar Isauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Taurino Santana-Bauzá was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 75thth minute of the game Delmar Isauro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Martirio AD's Taurino Santana-Bauzá was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Martirio AD's Michael Owen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enrique Bologna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. NANO FC's Paolo Mark was substituted for Joaquin Tadzio. Martirio AD's Taurino Santana-Bauzá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Rolando in the 81st minute of play. After taking down the ball on NANO FC's corner Delmar Isauro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Taurino Santana-Bauzá quite easily take care of the ball. Leonardo Bertassi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Enrique Bologna made a huge save. In the 94th minute Delmar Isauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taurino Santana-Bauzá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes Martirio AD got a freekick which was hit by Charles Romero.
