Cornelio Quintana was a little too slow when Rogelio Abajas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. Cornelio Quintana stood somewhat misplaced when Modesto Boni came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 13 minute. In the 20th minute, Loco Cabezon's Modesto Boni ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cornelio Quintana. Cornelio Quintana yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 23 minutes into the game, Loco Cabezon's Rogelio Abajas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cornelio Quintana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. A hard shot 25 in the game by Modesto Boni from a close distance when the talented Cornelio Quintana managed to make a qualified save. y va el 3ro....'s players were relieved. After having played for 27 minutes, Rogelio Abajas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loco Cabezon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Abajas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute of the match, Esteve Perico tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cornelio Quintana saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Esteve Perico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Julio Savier notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Loco Cabezon's Leonides Galtero. Leonides Galtero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cornelio Quintana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Esteve Perico went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in y va el 3ro....'s zone, Modesto Boni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Quintana came out of the goal and Modesto Boni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, y va el 3ro....'s Julio Savier got a free kick in the 44th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteve Perico got free with Cornelio Quintana in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rogelio Abajas was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Perico in the 51st minute of play forced y va el 3ro....'s goalkeeper Cornelio Quintana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Quintana came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Loco Cabezon's Rogelio Abajas. But to his dismay, Rogelio Abajas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. A collision led to y va el 3ro.... getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Julio Savier hit a great ball. Luis Aurken charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Aurken the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th minute, Luis Aurken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 9-1 when Rogelio Abajas sped through y va el 3ro....'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cornelio Quintana. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Esteve Perico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loco Cabezon's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteve Perico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Quintana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 played minutes y va el 3ro.... got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Transito. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Modesto Boni in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Quintana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th match minute, y va el 3ro.... was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Dominix to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Loco Cabezon's Esteve Perico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cornelio Quintana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. After 76 played minutes y va el 3ro.... got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Dalmu. The supporters of y va el 3ro.... booed when Loco Cabezon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Aurken didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th match minute, Loco Cabezon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Ariando to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Esteve Perico made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Quintana. y va el 3ro....'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-1. There was no doubt that Loco Cabezon were the better team. Loco Cabezon's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
