The referee ignored Empalme's protests and gave Romeo Solustiano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Empalme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Solustiano to maneuver through the defense. Jurek Ohrem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hilario Bartoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nordine Ighil, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Empalme's Hilario Bartoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takeshi Bieberstein in the 8th minute of play. When Toralf Hell came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the SV Bad Harzburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toralf Hell couldn't finish the play. Hilario Bartoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurek Ohrem in the 13th minute of the match. Hilario Bartoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurek Ohrem, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Silvestre Loi took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hilario Bartoli. Hilario Bartoli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 17th minute, Romeo Solustiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the match Éthan Pichard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilario Bartoli skillfully saved the ball. In the 19th minute, Joel Fero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilario Bartoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Loi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Empalme defense, Takeshi Bieberstein kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilario Bartoli. The Empalme fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilario Bartoli should have stopped the shot. Éthan Pichard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hilario Bartoli having to make a save. Felipe Medero charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felipe Medero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes Empalme got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Medero. In the 26th minute of the match Éthan Pichard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilario Bartoli skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute, Jurek Ohrem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Empalme's Romeo Solustiano got a free kick in the 29th minute. The supporters of SV Bad Harzburg booed when Empalme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Quintin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Empalme defense, Toralf Hell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilario Bartoli. The Empalme fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilario Bartoli should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Empalme's goal looked a bit too open when Éthan Pichard came free, but Hilario Bartoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Empalme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Ilazki to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute of the match Éthan Pichard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilario Bartoli skillfully saved the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Jacek Matuch successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Éthan Pichard in the 47th minute of play forced Empalme's goalkeeper Hilario Bartoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, SV Bad Harzburg's Éthan Pichard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hilario Bartoli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The Empalme players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SV Bad Harzburg were winning 0-4.

In the 54th minute, Silvestre Loi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilario Bartoli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Hilario Bartoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nordine Ighil in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Romeo Solustiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvestre Loi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hilario Bartoli having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as SV Bad Harzburg's Éthan Pichard slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hilario Bartoli. That made the score 0-6 after 60 minutes of play. Hilario Bartoli made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Silvestre Loi sent off a good shot on target. Hilario Bartoli came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by SV Bad Harzburg's Silvestre Loi. But to his dismay, Silvestre Loi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Hilario Bartoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takeshi Bieberstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvestre Loi in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hilario Bartoli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 74th match minute, Empalme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Medero to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Derek Henderson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hilario Bartoli. Empalme's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Derek Henderson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Hilario Bartoli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Takeshi Bieberstein in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toralf Hell got free with Hilario Bartoli in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd play minute Toralf Hell came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hilario Bartoli. 0-11. SV Bad Harzburg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
