Maxim Gogea might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maxim Gogea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute Maxim Gogea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Hector Levi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 14 minutes into the match, Thierry Emry FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Gogea came free, but Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Gogea in the 14th minute of play forced Thierry Emry FC's goalkeeper Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Thierry Emry FC got a corner. BK Nerysminne's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mustafa Haydar Sağan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Thierry Emry FC's Gürhan Ünsi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Thierry Emry FC's goalkeeper Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hamit Koryürek in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betinho Arantes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maxim Gogea might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maxim Gogea ran back to his position shaking his head. Maxim Gogea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Maxim Gogea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxim Gogea made a kick off. BK Nerysminne's Maxim Gogea got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Maxim Gogea came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the BK Nerysminne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maxim Gogea couldn't finish the play. Maxim Gogea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck made a huge save. A collision led to Thierry Emry FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Walery Malik hit a great ball. Thierry Emry FC made a substitution. Hilmi Onursan replaced Mustafa Haydar Sağan. After a rather tough play, Thierry Emry FC's Walery Malik got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as BK Nerysminne's Carl Ek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck. That made the score 0-3 after 78 minutes of play. Emil Westergren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck having to interfere. Emil Westergren struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Nerysminne. BK Nerysminne's Betinho Arantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kong Sen Ting in the 92nd minute of play. Betinho Arantes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kong Sen Ting went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. In the 96th minute, Anıl Timurtas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Thierry Emry FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. The BK Nerysminne supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BK Nerysminne would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
