But to his dismay, Ernst Giöck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ignatius Casasola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Podwojski in the 10th minute of the match. Ulisses Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatius Casasola having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Golo Duarte in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignatius Casasola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Garanhão do SUL defense, Golo Duarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignatius Casasola. The Garanhão do SUL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignatius Casasola should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the game, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Daniel Podwojski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignatius Casasola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After some careless play in the Garanhão do SUL defense, Ernst Giöck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignatius Casasola. The Garanhão do SUL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignatius Casasola should have stopped the shot. Ignatius Casasola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Giöck in the 35th minute of the match. Duarte Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Garanhão do SUL's Edgar Costa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Duarte Duarte. That made the score 1-4 after 39 minutes of play. Ignatius Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Giöck in the 43rd minute of play. Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Giöck in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

With an all-out effort, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Ignatius Casasola threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernst Giöck, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ignatius Casasola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Podwojski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land were awarded a corner. Diego Quadros went to the cornerflag to take it. Daniel Podwojski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Ignatius Casasola made a huge save. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Garanhão do SUL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diego Quadros took the corner. 64 minutes into the match, André Roriz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Duarte Duarte. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that André Roriz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Garanhão do SUL's supporters rose to their feet, but Obafemi Fabiani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goal looked a bit too open when Obafemi Fabiani came free, but Duarte Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignatius Casasola didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 2-7. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
