Haşmet Derman went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Haşmet Derman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacinto Cuadrado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, ---Atam Osmanlı---'s Yusuf Ziya Özkan got control of the ball when Rolando Amorebieta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Válbson Paes in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yusuf Ziya Özkan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Haşmet Derman came free, but Jacinto Cuadrado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yusuf Ziya Özkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Paes in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Haşmet Derman came free, but Jacinto Cuadrado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haşmet Derman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute of the match, Diego Napier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Yusuf Ziya Özkan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Boieru in the 34th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Jacinto Cuadrado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Cuadrado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haşmet Derman's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. ---Atam Osmanlı---'s Yusuf Ziya Özkan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save ---Atam Osmanlı--- from getting a goal against them. In the 39th match minute, ---Atam Osmanlı--- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Iniesta to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Cuadrado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haşmet Derman went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute Ferry Porsche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Cuadrado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferry Porsche made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, ---Atam Osmanlı---'s goal looked a bit too open when Rainerio Obis came free, but Yusuf Ziya Özkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ---Atam Osmanlı---'s Yusuf Ziya Özkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válbson Paes in the 52nd minute of play. Jacinto Cuadrado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haşmet Derman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Válbson Paes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yusuf Ziya Özkan. ---Atam Osmanlı---'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Válbson Paes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
