Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gervasio Chano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Los Ángeles de Charlie 2's goal looked a bit too open when Terje Sundberg came free, but Walery Balkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hipolito Laurendi got free with Jeronimo Millan in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 were awarded a corner. Ciriaco Selmo went to the cornerflag to take it. But to his dismay, Hipolito Laurendi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 88th minute, Sirius Dog's Mateo Romano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mateo Romano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sirius Dog protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mateo Romano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Sirius Dog's Patricio Gizon was substituted for Terje Sundberg. In the 88th minute, one of Sirius Dog:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sirius Dog. When Hipolito Laurendi came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Laurendi couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 booed when Sirius Dog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Berriotxoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sirius Dog fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los Ángeles de Charlie 2 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
