Liechtenstein's Jacob Josef Zurflüh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrich Ilic in the 10th minute of play. Jacob Josef Zurflüh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Hanselmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jacob Josef Zurflüh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominik Klaus in the 25th minute of play. Jacob Josef Zurflüh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Hanselmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dersim FC's Jacob Josef Zurflüh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Hanselmann in the 43rd minute of play. Helmut Klein kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Dersim FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Hanselmann came free, but Jacob Josef Zurflüh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patrick Hanselmann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Allgäuer lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dersim FC! Liechtenstein's Gerd Milutinov was substituted for Andreas Fromm. Patrick Hanselmann scored 1-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacob Josef Zurflüh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacob Josef Zurflüh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Hofmeister, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Liechtenstein's goal looked a bit too open when Mirko Walser came free, but Jacob Josef Zurflüh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Dersim FC's corner Lukas Kathan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacob Josef Zurflüh quite easily take care of the ball. In the 69th minute Konstantin Hofmeister shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Josef Zurflüh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dersim FC made a substitution. Pirmin Demirci replaced Helmut Klein. In the 71st minute, Ulrich Ilic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacob Josef Zurflüh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Hanselmann in the 73rd minute of play. Jacob Josef Zurflüh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Marxer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liechtenstein's Jacob Josef Zurflüh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mirko Walser in the 80th minute of play. Jacob Josef Zurflüh made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Samuel Keller sent off a good shot on target. Patrick Hanselmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Jacob Josef Zurflüh made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio Öhri in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacob Josef Zurflüh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick Hanselmann in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacob Josef Zurflüh saved Dersim FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Hanselmann got free with Jacob Josef Zurflüh in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
