Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Rafael Neiva scored to the left of an out of position Tomasz Jurgiel, making the score, 1-0. After 13 minutes, Başaran Sebil made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Tomasz Jurgiel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislav Karushev during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 18 minutes, Radomir Juszkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomir Juszkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Başaran Sebil sped through Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomasz Jurgiel. Adam Svenningsen struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Tomasz Jurgiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ottoman. Georgi Naidenov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Juszkowski in the 32nd minute of play. After 35 minutes, Başaran Sebil made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Tomasz Jurgiel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute, Tervel Zhablenski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th match minute, Zawisza Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomir Juszkowski to maneuver through the defense. Penko Netzov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomasz Jurgiel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Tomasz Jurgiel was a little too slow when Aniol Abancens got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 7-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The wind increased when Pankracy Serwach made the kick off in the second half. If Aniol Abancens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 52nd minute Başaran Sebil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Jurgiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th match minute, FC Ottoman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Neiva to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Zawisza Bydgoszcz getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Radomir Juszkowski hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Adam Svenningsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomasz Jurgiel. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adam Svenningsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. When FC Ottoman's Başaran Sebil in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FC Ottoman's Georgi Naidenov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Dresik in the 66th minute of play. Başaran Sebil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomasz Jurgiel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Konstanty Kisiel got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Başaran Sebil scored 10-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomasz Jurgiel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aniol Abancens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomasz Jurgiel having to interfere. After some careless play in the Zawisza Bydgoszcz defense, Başaran Sebil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomasz Jurgiel. The Zawisza Bydgoszcz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomasz Jurgiel should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Başaran Sebil sped through Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomasz Jurgiel. In the 87th minute, Penko Netzov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomasz Jurgiel was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0.
