Başaran Sebil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Adam Svenningsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Svenningsen in the 22nd minute of play forced Mutum SS's goalkeeper Ediberto Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georgi Naidenov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Loureiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, FC Ottoman's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio de Barros came free, but Georgi Naidenov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Başaran Sebil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ediberto Jacinto having to interfere. Armando Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Georgi Naidenov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flávio Barreto made a kick off. With a little luck, FC Ottoman's Georgi Naidenov got control of the ball when Flávio Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei da Silva in the 59th minute of play forced FC Ottoman's goalkeeper Georgi Naidenov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes FC Ottoman got a freekick which was hit by Kaloyan Zvezdanov. Flávio Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Armando Loureiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Georgi Naidenov made a huge save. If Başaran Sebil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georgi Naidenov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flávio Barreto in the 70th minute.
