The corner led Old BaoBaB Accademy's Robert Pirès to fire away a dangerous shot which Loren Prats despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Di Luca in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Loren Prats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute Mihail Pânzaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhang Hong Xun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Mihail Pânzaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Old BaoBaB Accademy's goalkeeper Zhang Hong Xun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Loren Prats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Pirès, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonio Di Luca got free with Loren Prats in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robert Pirès kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Robert Pirès nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Pegaso's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihail Pânzaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zhang Hong Xun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mihail Pânzaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mihail Pânzaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Zhang Hong Xun made a huge save. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Zhang Hong Xun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Pânzaru in the 86th minute of play.
