In the 23rd minute Cesar Quinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mădălin Lunca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cui Ling Jing came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jeremias Moreno could save by the left post. Jeremias Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cui Ling Jing, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by ADM Taquaras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ionuț Iniesta was slow to take the kick. During this time Pesqueira City's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Cui Ling Jing drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper. In the 35th minute Sakarias Fernkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denílson Tepedino took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mădălin Lunca. Mădălin Lunca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Jeremias Moreno made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Benjamin da Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. When Benjamin da Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Pesqueira City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin da Fonseca couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin da Fonseca to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Mădălin Lunca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denílson Tepedino. In the 56th minute, Cui Ling Jing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Moreno was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog was substituted for Cesar Quinto. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Mădălin Lunca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Áron Bódog sped through Pesqueira City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mădălin Lunca. Pesqueira City's Doriva Zanette was substituted for Ignat Nozharov. Jeremias Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastião Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute Benjamin da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Tepedino came free, but Mădălin Lunca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 89 minutes of play, ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mădălin Lunca was left in no man's land by his defense there! 93 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin da Fonseca came free, but Jeremias Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th match minute, ADM Taquaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Soeiro to maneuver through the defense.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ADM Taquaras eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
