Damiano Battisti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Mutumba in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Mutumba in the 14th minute of play forced Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Damiano Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andreas Lindqvist. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. Damiano Battisti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Mutumba in the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Mutumba came free, but Damiano Battisti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Antonello Tofani came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Eurospeed Asti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonello Tofani couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when King Thorin came free, but Andreas Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Mutumba in the 32nd minute of play. Eurospeed Asti's King Thorin got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Elia Pietrantoni made a precise shot to the right of Andreas Lindqvist. Vykans Vikingar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Martin Mutumba might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damiano Battisti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Mutumba ran back to his position shaking his head. Vykans Vikingar's attentive Hugo Eden managed to snatch the ball when Ettore Masciarelli made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. 42 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Mutumba came free, but Damiano Battisti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Lindqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Tofani, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elia Pietrantoni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Fausto Pinti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damiano Battisti made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Leonardo Trancoso sent off a good shot on target. If Leonardo Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ettore Masciarelli's late challenge caught a Vykans Vikingar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ettore Masciarelli helped the player get up and apologised. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Börje Stål replaced Hugo Eden. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Bengt-Arne Haglund replaced Martin Mutumba. After 71 played minutes Eurospeed Asti got a freekick which was hit by Ettore Masciarelli. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonardo Trancoso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Damiano Battisti. That made the score 2-1 in the 72 minute of play. Vykans Vikingar's Andreas Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 76th minute of play. After 77 minutes Vykans Vikingar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fausto Pinti who took care of the corner kick. Simon Brolin tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Andreas Lindqvist. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-1 in the 77th minute. With 80 minutes on the clock, Börje Stål commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 80th minute, one of Vykans Vikingar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vykans Vikingar. Damiano Battisti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 85th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Vykans Vikingar's Damiano Battisti threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bengt-Arne Haglund, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Andreas Lindqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elia Pietrantoni in the 86th minute of play. Eurospeed Asti were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
