Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Andrés Chavez got the match started through his kick off. In the 5thth minute of the game Guilherme Souza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Metolokos MZ Clube's Romeu Netto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gigio Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Chavez, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 10 minutes Metolokos MZ Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thiago Motta who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Thiago Motta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Romeu Netto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Guilherme Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Metolokos MZ Clube's Alex Peres got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th match minute, Metolokos MZ Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Bastos to maneuver through the defense. Metolokos MZ Clube's Romeu Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Motta in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Alex Peres threw the ball into play from the sideline. U21 Brazil's Heintje Korte quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 21 played minutes Metolokos MZ Clube got a freekick which was hit by Matheus Nascimento. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrés Chavez got free with Gigio Buffon in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romeu Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Guilherme Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeu Netto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 44th minute, Matheus Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Metolokos MZ Clube's Romeu Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Motta in the 45th minute of play. Vítor Bastos charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor Bastos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Metolokos MZ Clube's Vítor Bastos got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half U21 Brazil were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme Souza got free with Romeu Netto in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romeu Netto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guilherme Souza's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Andrés Chavez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Metolokos MZ Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrés Chavez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When U21 Brazil's Guilherme Souza in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Metolokos MZ Clube's goalie prevented a goal. The U21 Brazil fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when U21 Brazil's Guilherme Souza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 66th minute, Guilherme Souza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Romeu Netto. The goal made the score 0-4. U21 Brazil's Elói Alcântara was substituted for Guilherme Souza. U21 Brazil's Cláudio Favoretto was substituted for Zé Bala. After 71 played minutes Metolokos MZ Clube got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Mesquita. A collision led to Metolokos MZ Clube getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Marquinhos Miranda hit a great ball. Romeu Netto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thiago Motta in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Elói Alcântara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romeu Netto was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. With a little luck, Metolokos MZ Clube's Romeu Netto got control of the ball when Kléberson Mazza tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Elói Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Romeu Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 95 minutes into the game, Elói Alcântara lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Romeu Netto. U21 Brazil's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
