After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Garip Uygar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yesiltepespor's supporters rose to their feet, but Garip Uygar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Schumacher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Erdem Attar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Schumacher having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Yesiltepespor's goal looked a bit too open when Batuğ Açıkgün came free, but José Francisco Cevallos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute Zekeriya Kahveci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Schumacher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Francisco Cevallos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Hamit Afgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zheng Chao Hui's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but José Francisco Cevallos firmly grabbed it by the left post. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Yesiltepespor had played much better football throughout.
