In the 7th minute Damazy Joks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keylor Navas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When KS Olimpia Warszawa's Damazy Joks in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Damazy Joks's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keylor Navas was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Damazy Joks's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keylor Navas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match KS Olimpia Warszawa got a corner. Australian Youth Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Walery Glapiak ran over to the corner to take the kick. Damazy Joks might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keylor Navas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damazy Joks ran back to his position shaking his head. Australian Youth Academy's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Joks in the 30th minute of play. Keylor Navas was a little too slow when Damazy Joks got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Hektor Fitrakis kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Martini in the 42nd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Garth Brough made a kick off. Gigel Botescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garth Brough in the 55th minute of play. Gigel Botescu made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Garth Brough sent off a good shot on target. Australian Youth Academy's Fletcher Baba was substituted for Gabriel Martini. 64 minutes into the game, Leon Mleczewski threw the ball into play from the sideline. Australian Youth Academy's Jarrod Mcmillan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garth Brough in the 64th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Australian Youth Academy's Gigel Botescu threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Garth Brough, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Damazy Joks came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the KS Olimpia Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damazy Joks couldn't finish the play. In the 71stth minute of the game Fletcher Baba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Fletcher Baba, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 71 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Gigel Botescu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Sharma Sharma was substituted for Damazy Joks. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Zhu Cheng Guo was substituted for Ignacy Sroka. The throw-in from Jarrod Mcmillan in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KS Olimpia Warszawa's Fabiano Carneiro. Gigel Botescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fletcher Baba in the 76th minute of the match. Fletcher Baba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Garth Brough could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Gigel Botescu made a huge save. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ellis Hoskin in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, KS Olimpia Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Fletcher Baba came free, but Gigel Botescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigel Botescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fletcher Baba in the 90th minute of play. KS Olimpia Warszawa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
