After some careless play in the FC Basel defense, Lino Rios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Okanalp Tuncer. The FC Basel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Okanalp Tuncer should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when 狄迪傲 got free with Roberto Eztebe in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when FC Basel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugh Pope didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Basel's Okanalp Tuncer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 16th minute of play. Roberto Eztebe made an important save on a dangerous shot by 狄迪傲 in the 19th minute. Okanalp Tuncer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Hop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFC FUSION's attentive Dawid Beckham managed to snatch the ball when Grant Pustak made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lino Rios stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Lino Rios fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Basel's goalkeeper Okanalp Tuncer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Okanalp Tuncer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Rios in the 57th minute. Okanalp Tuncer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Rios's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Lino Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Okanalp Tuncer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in AFC FUSION's zone, 狄迪傲 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Eztebe came out of the goal and 狄迪傲 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute Lino Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp Tuncer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Rios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Okanalp Tuncer made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Lino Rios sent off a good shot on target. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Christoff Stocks replaced Lino Rios. If Christoff Stocks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 83 minutes into the match, FC Basel's goal looked a bit too open when Christoff Stocks came free, but Okanalp Tuncer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christoff Stocks in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Okanalp Tuncer saved FC Basel from getting behind. The AFC FUSION fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when AFC FUSION's Christoff Stocks looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of FC Basel booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Hop didn't get a good kick on the ball.
