After taking down the ball on Mechita F.C's corner Leandro Quinito fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luís Fernando Cavalcante quite easily take care of the ball. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pindorama's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Genílson Marques during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mechita F.C booed when Pindorama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genílson Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Pindorama's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Cavalcante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladimiro Ledesma. Alessio Treglia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Xiong Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Edelmiro Velasco sped through Pindorama's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luís Fernando Cavalcante. Luís Fernando Cavalcante made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Edelmiro Velasco sent off a good shot on target. Luís Fernando Cavalcante was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edelmiro Velasco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. With his leg Luís Fernando Cavalcante managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Mechita F.C's Edelmiro Velasco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pindorama's Luís Fernando Cavalcante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Pindorama from getting a goal against them. Henry Gonzales kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edelmiro Velasco in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Fernando Cavalcante saved Pindorama from getting behind. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pindorama's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Edelmiro Velasco sped through Pindorama's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luís Fernando Cavalcante. Mechita F.C made a substitution. Leonardo Arnas replaced Leandro Quinito. Luís Fernando Cavalcante came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Mechita F.C's Edelmiro Velasco. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Velasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 64 minutes, Edelmiro Velasco made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pindorama's Luís Fernando Cavalcante tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Edelmiro Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fernando Cavalcante having to interfere. Mechita F.C's Fabio Sazon got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teobaldo Jenaro scored 9-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Fernando Cavalcante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 73 played minutes Pindorama got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Duarte. After a rather tough play, Pindorama's Guilherme Duarte got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pindorama's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 10-0 became the score in the 77th minute when Richard Lanckneus elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 79 minutes of play, Mechita F.C's Vladimiro Ledesma made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Fernando Cavalcante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vladimiro Ledesma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fernando Cavalcante having to interfere. Luís Fernando Cavalcante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Argi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 86th minute, Justino Argi made a precise shot to the right of Luís Fernando Cavalcante. Pindorama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. Luís Fernando Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Sazon in the 89th minute of play. After 90th play minutes Richard Lanckneus shot 13-0, a short shot which went by Luís Fernando Cavalcante and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 96th minute, Tim Zanetti made a precise shot to the right of Luís Fernando Cavalcante. Pindorama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0.
