In the 2nd match minute, Goranesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Ciocan to maneuver through the defense. PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mari Balotelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Hubert Villa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgut Soyuer in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hubert Villa saved Goranesti from getting behind. Turgut Soyuer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 22nd minute of play forced Goranesti's goalkeeper Hubert Villa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Turgut Soyuer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Villa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferhat Sertuğ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hubert Villa having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogdan Gherasim to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 65th minute, one of Goranesti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Goranesti. Constantin Udubaşa made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by PREZULO FC's Ferreirinha dos Santos. 69 minutes into the match, Turgut Soyuer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hubert Villa. Goranesti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Turgut Soyuer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 72 minutes into the game, Turgut Soyuer lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Hubert Villa. Goranesti made a substitution. Rareș Trifănucă replaced Filip Beligan. In the 78thth minute of the game Turgut Soyuer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goranesti's Hubert Villa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Turgut Soyuer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Hubert Villa made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 88th minute of play forced Goranesti's goalkeeper Hubert Villa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Goranesti's Hubert Villa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Goranesti from getting a goal against them. Turgut Soyuers short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Hubert Villa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 93 minutes into the match, PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hubert Villa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Albano Jaunzuria could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Hubert Villa however easily saved by the left post. When Turgut Soyuer came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the PREZULO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Turgut Soyuer couldn't finish the play.
