Yan Wei Gang started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, AD Pontassolense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Bettencourt to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Bettencourt in the 6th minute of play forced Expedition Lubin's goalkeeper Astor Guipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Catarinense in the 9th minute of play forced Expedition Lubin's goalkeeper Astor Guipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Wei Gang in the 10th minute of play forced AD Pontassolense's goalkeeper Marco Bessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Teofil Zagrobelny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Bessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Bessa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrice Pacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a little luck, Expedition Lubin's Astor Guipuzkoa got control of the ball when Januário Domingos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kevin Quintanilha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Astor Guipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Wei Gang in the 23rd minute of play forced AD Pontassolense's goalkeeper Marco Bessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Expedition Lubin's Astor Guipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Expedition Lubin from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute Rogério Bettencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Guipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Expedition Lubin's Astor Guipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Januário Domingos in the 30th minute of play. After 38 minutes of play, Expedition Lubin's Yan Wei Gang made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Bessa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 42 minutes into the match, Expedition Lubin's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Quintanilha came free, but Astor Guipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Quintanilha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Guipuzkoa having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Astor Guipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Catarinense in the 52nd minute of play. Marco Bessa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrice Pacio in the 58th minute. Expedition Lubin were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after AD Pontassolense's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lu Guo Guo took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Luis Ronaldo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Bessa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. AD Pontassolense's Marco Bessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Zagrobelny in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Teofil Zagrobelny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute of the match, Patrice Pacio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marco Bessa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to AD Pontassolense getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Kevin Quintanilha hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Expedition Lubin's Teofil Zagrobelny ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marco Bessa. Marco Bessa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Astor Guipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Quintanilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrice Pacio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Marco Bessa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 86th minute, Henrique Onofre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kevin Quintanilha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Guipuzkoa having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, AD Pontassolense's goal looked a bit too open when Patrice Pacio came free, but Marco Bessa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The AD Pontassolense supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Expedition Lubin's performance. The match ended with a win for Expedition Lubin.
