In the 3rd minute Taaniel Hill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Robertinho Carabajal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Santiago Nataniel, 1-0. Ulises Steven took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taaniel Hill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A well-hit corner resulted in Urtsua Macías heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Robertinho Carabajal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Brown Puerto Madryn's Taaniel Hill sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulises Steven narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robertinho Carabajal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Salvidor in the 41st minute of play. Urtsua Macías fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Nataniel having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taaniel Hill in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulises Steven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brown Puerto Madryn's Santiago Nataniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55thth minute of the game Ladislao Salvidor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ulises Steven took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taaniel Hill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taaniel Hill in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute Joseph Smits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Nataniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taaniel Hill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ulises Steven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Brown Puerto Madryn booed when AFC Koolkerke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tang Di Nan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taaniel Hill got free with Ulises Steven in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 86 minutes, Joseph Smits managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC Koolkerke's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Smits was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper Ulises Steven, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Brown Puerto Madryn players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AFC Koolkerke.
