Santos Campineiro's Ahmad Reza Asadi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Santos Campineiro from getting a goal against them. Ahmad Reza Asadi was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Oden Vandamme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oden Vandamme really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Oden Vandamme scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmad Reza Asadi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Santos Campineiro's zone, Oden Vandamme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmad Reza Asadi came out of the goal and Oden Vandamme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 21 played minutes Santos Campineiro got a freekick which was hit by Maicon da Silva. Oden Vandamme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmad Reza Asadi having to make a save. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santos Campineiro's goalkeeper Ahmad Reza Asadi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Santos Campineiro's Ahmad Reza Asadi got control of the ball when Oden Vandamme tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Santos Campineiro's goalkeeper Ahmad Reza Asadi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santos Campineiro made a substitution. Sidney Albuquerque replaced Sidnei Baptista. Santos Campineiro's Kléber Viana was substituted for Onuralp Ergüden. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Santos Campineiro's zone, Oden Vandamme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmad Reza Asadi came out of the goal and Oden Vandamme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sidney Albuquerque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Krzysztof Lodowy made a huge save. Ahmad Reza Asadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oden Vandamme in the 61st minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Santos Campineiro's goal looked a bit too open when Oden Vandamme came free, but Ahmad Reza Asadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Orlandus kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Ahmad Reza Asadi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oden Vandamme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Krzysztof Lodowy made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Sidney Albuquerque sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, Bears are Back's goalkeeper Krzysztof Lodowy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sidney Albuquerque. Ahmad Reza Asadi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oden Vandamme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oden Vandamme in the 91st minute of play forced Santos Campineiro's goalkeeper Ahmad Reza Asadi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Oden Vandamme notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Santos Campineiro's Ahmad Reza Asadi. Ahmad Reza Asadi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kléber Viana's late challenge caught a Bears are Back's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kléber Viana helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bears are Back booed when Santos Campineiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléber Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bears are Back fans cheered their team off the field, for while Santos Campineiro had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
