Décio Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Puglielli in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Haroldo Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Zdeb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24thth minute of the game Ermanno Puglielli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LaCity's Décio Tróia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Hugon Falk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wisła Kraków's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugon Falk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ermanno Puglielli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Puglielli in the 34th minute of play forced LaCity's goalkeeper Décio Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermanno Puglielli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Décio Tróia made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonso Rochedo got free with Décio Tróia in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Widodo 吕蒙 kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Wisła Kraków's Gwidon Bambas was substituted for Mieszko Makomaski. The wind increased when Ermanno Puglielli made the kick off in the second half. LaCity's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermanno Puglielli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. LaCity made a substitution. Duarte Madureira replaced Vebjørn Knutsen. After a rather tough play, LaCity's Haroldo Viana got a free kick in the 70th minute. The supporters of LaCity booed when Wisła Kraków was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Rochedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomasz Bulkiewicz made in the 92nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gwidon Bambas immediately put the ball in play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wisła Kraków fully deserved thier win.
