Delmiro Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Qi Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Playa Malvín's attentive Stelian Murgu managed to snatch the ball when Emilio Bitxintxo made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. Stelian Murgu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Gorka having to interfere. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Nils Elmhuus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Delmiro Gorka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Qi Fan in the 43rd minute of the match. Gamus Rocha made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gong Qi Fan immediately put the ball in play. Delmiro Gorka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Qi Fan in the 48th minute of play. After the first half MOEBIO were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Playa Malvín booed when MOEBIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Reno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute Quinto Ampudia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Gorka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quinto Ampudia took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmiro Gorka. Delmiro Gorka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Playa Malvín fans cheered their team off the field, for while MOEBIO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
