Sandu Vlaicu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ozan Heybetli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, FC Hammarby Sjöstad's goal looked a bit too open when İrfan Attar came free, but Sixten Tunander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Urzicuța's Sandu Vlaicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenny Winnepennincks in the 13th minute of play. Sandu Vlaicu came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Lenny Winnepennincks. But to his dismay, Lenny Winnepennincks quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Sixten Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Beldeanu in the 16th minute of play. Sandu Vlaicu came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ozan Heybetli. But to his dismay, Ozan Heybetli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 26th minute, FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Ozan Heybetli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sandu Vlaicu. Sandu Vlaicu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The supporters of FC Urzicuța booed when FC Hammarby Sjöstad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Ferfecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Urzicuța's Cristi Chivu got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sixten Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Mingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ozan Heybetli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandu Vlaicu was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. FC Hammarby Sjöstad's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sarracino De la Rosa in the 34th minute. The corner ended in Sarracino De la Rosa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Urzicuța's Sandu Vlaicu did a great save. Sixten Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Beldeanu in the 36th minute of the match. Aurel Beldeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that İrfan Attar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sixten Tunander was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. FC Hammarby Sjöstad's Sixten Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Beldeanu in the 41st minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ozan Heybetli made a kick off. Sixten Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Beldeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Hammarby Sjöstad getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ciriaco Terciero hit a great ball. In the 61st minute İrfan Attar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Urzicuța getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Lisandro Taurino hit a great ball. Ozan Heybetli might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sandu Vlaicu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ozan Heybetli ran back to his position shaking his head. Sandu Vlaicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ozan Heybetli, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Aurel Beldeanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sixten Tunander was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. FC Hammarby Sjöstad made a substitution. Staffan Arenius replaced Ciriaco Terciero. After 71 minutes FC Hammarby Sjöstad's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristi Chivu who took care of the corner kick. In the 74th minute of the match FC Urzicuța got a corner. FC Hammarby Sjöstad's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Thanks to some nice moves İrfan Attar could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Sixten Tunander however easily saved by the left post. In the 92nd minute of the match FC Urzicuța got a corner. FC Hammarby Sjöstad's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristi Chivu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sixten Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurel Beldeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Many of FC Urzicuța's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC Urzicuța may have spent more time on the ball, but FC Hammarby Sjöstad were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
