MARAZZINO's Svetomir Maier managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alejandro Frederico in the 3 minute of the game. Aldo Mannie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Răducanu in the 4th minute of the match. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Alejandro Frederico with Magnus Löfdahl as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With an all-out effort, Ripa FC's Lütfü Öktemer threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ricardo Bochini, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The throw-in from Alejandro Frederico in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MARAZZINO's Svetomir Maier. 14 minutes into the match, Claudiu Răducanu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ripa FC's Aldo Mannie. Aldo Mannie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lütfü Öktemer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Bochini in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, MARAZZINO's goalkeeper Lütfü Öktemer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Torres. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Alejandro Frederico with Magnus Löfdahl as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Lütfü Öktemer was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Ricardo Bochini capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ricardo Bochini really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Lütfü Öktemer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Bochini in the 32nd minute of play. Lütfü Öktemer made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Donato Torres sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute Claudiu Răducanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Mannie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Magnus Löfdahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MARAZZINO's Lütfü Öktemer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Pero in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, MARAZZINO's goalkeeper Lütfü Öktemer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gu Chang Peng. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 56th match minute, MARAZZINO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudiu Răducanu to maneuver through the defense. When Placido Pero fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ripa FC's protests and gave Placido Pero a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ripa FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Placido Pero hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match, Claudiu Răducanu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aldo Mannie saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ripa FC's Alvaro Jakes was substituted for Placido Pero. In the 66th minute of the game Cafu Dolar made a throw-in which Svetomir Maier played forward. Mateo Lalla made in the 77th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MARAZZINO's Olgun Baroğlu. Aldo Mannie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Răducanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Claudiu Răducanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Mannie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ripa FC's Mateo Lalla got a free kick in the 87th minute. MARAZZINO's Mustafa Anıl Öveç was substituted for Dacian Zburliş. In the 88th match minute, Ripa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Lalla to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Anıl Öveç in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aldo Mannie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aldo Mannie was a little too slow when Ozan Atılay got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-2.
