When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Cassaretto made a kick off. George Forsyth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Herz's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Jonas Herz sped through CD Municipal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of George Forsyth. 60 minutes into the game, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sepp Mainville made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. When Serge Tomasini fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zelg FC's protests and gave Serge Tomasini a yellow card for diving instead. Ryota Miyagi struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Sepp Mainville didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Municipal. The crowd rose to their feet as Oalo Dean kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sepp Mainville. That made the score 2-6 in the 90 minute of play. In the 94th minute of the match, Oalo Dean tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sepp Mainville saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oalo Dean in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sepp Mainville prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The CD Municipal players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
