Romelu Lukaku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zelg FC's attentive Lenny Traugott managed to snatch the ball when Jani Koskinen made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romelu Lukaku to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romelu Lukaku came free, but Sepp Mainville reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Palloketut's zone, Jonas Herz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Chong Sen came out of the goal and Jonas Herz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sepp Mainville took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romelu Lukaku, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serge Tomasini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romelu Lukaku in the 61st minute of play forced Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Herz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Gilles Clerc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Fabich in the 82nd minute of play. Sepp Mainville stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toni Fabich's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute, Rikhard Elomo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jani Koskinen charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jani Koskinen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jani Koskinen hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The Zelg FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Palloketut from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
