The goal made the score 1-1. 17 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Jerico came free, but Joel Cristofor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Larra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Scotland 1873's Isidoro Pelayo got a free kick in the 24th minute. Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Scotland 1873 from getting a goal against them. Breno Bastos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Cipriano Lorencio kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Scotland 1873's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

NECKER49's Arsenio Mattin was substituted for Octavio Beat. 52 minutes into the match, Scotland 1873's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Larra came free, but Breno Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Llope made a great header on NECKER49's corner, it was just that Scotland 1873's Breno Bastos managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 85th minute Moises Cilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, NECKER49's Joel Cristofor got control of the ball when Isidoro Pelayo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arsenio Mattin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Moises Cilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There was no doubt that NECKER49 were the better team. NECKER49's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
