An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Txomin in the 4th minute of play forced Tinganes Bóltfelag's goalkeeper Ingi Castilho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute of the match Gallo Moron got a corner. Tinganes Bóltfelag's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Ignacio Valiente got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 13 minutes into the match. Sámal Falkenberg hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 24 minutes of play, Gallo Moron's Denis Txomin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingi Castilho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Denis Txomin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Eugenio Fidensio managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Tinganes Bóltfelag's Poul Enok Kwieciński fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tinganes Bóltfelag's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Símun Niclasen in the 33rd minute. Símun Niclasen made a great header on Tinganes Bóltfelag's corner, it was just that Gallo Moron's Eugenio Fidensio managed to reach the ball for a save. 38 minutes into the game, Gallo Moron's Denis Txomin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Poul Enok Kwieciński to strike the kick off in the second half. Sámal Falkenberg made in the 54th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ásbjørn Jónsson. After having played for 56 minutes, Saturnino Astigar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gallo Moron's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Astigar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saturnino Astigar in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingi Castilho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 92 played minutes, Tinganes Bóltfelag's Tórður Olsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eugenio Fidensio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tinganes Bóltfelag reached it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gallo Moron eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
