An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Hotz in the 28th minute of play forced TiGrEs Fx's goalkeeper Franc Merlot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Hans-Martin Istad tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Franc Merlot saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gilberto Rancaño's late challenge caught a Masters United F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Rancaño helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Masters United F.C. booed when TiGrEs Fx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Rancaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Masters United F.C.'s Hans-Martin Istad slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Franc Merlot. In the 46th minute Gilberto Rancaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Bologna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Rancaño to make the kick off. Gilberto Rancaño ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Enrique Bologna successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. José Madero hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. TiGrEs Fx made a substitution. Gabino Muguia replaced José Madero. TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Teofilio in the 72nd minute of play.
