Nils-Erik Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Mutumba in the 4th minute of play. After 11 minutes of play, Med Gang FC's Hubert Valler made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Ekrot was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Alexander Isak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Med Gang FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Mutumba came free, but Nils-Erik Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Vykans Vikingar defense, Alexander Isak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Ekrot. The Vykans Vikingar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Ekrot should have stopped the shot. Vykans Vikingar's Leonardo Trancoso got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Valler in the 26th minute of play. Alexander Isak came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcus Ekrot could save by the left post. Nils-Erik Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute of the match Vykans Vikingar got a corner. Med Gang FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jose Indalecio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Bengt-Arne Haglund almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Med Gang FC's Nils-Erik Jonsson did a great save. The Vykans Vikingar fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Vykans Vikingar's Bengt-Arne Haglund looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nils-Erik Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 38th minute of the match. Hubert Valler in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcus Ekrot, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 41st minute Fernan Berart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Ekrot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hubert Valler went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bengt-Arne Haglund to make the kick off. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubert Valler, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Wennersten in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Uriel Bermudez notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot. Marcus Ekrot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Med Gang FC's Nils-Erik Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 93rd minute of play.
