Victor Bazkoare made a great header on Rivermania FC's corner, it was just that M0RF1G4Z's Alfredão do Nascimento managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 10th minute, Rosendo Flor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Lorencio got free with Alfredão do Nascimento in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredão do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Santxol, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. If Victor Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Hulberto came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by M0RF1G4Z's Nuno Netto. But to his dismay, Nuno Netto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Erasmo Lorencio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Rivermania FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Lorencio couldn't finish the play. Alfredão do Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Flor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raí Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raí Abraão came free, but Severino Hulberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejandro Uhin hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erasmo Lorencio was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Rosendo Flor made a precise shot to the right of Alfredão do Nascimento. M0RF1G4Z's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 55 minutes into the match, M0RF1G4Z's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Santxol came free, but Alfredão do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Netto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Severino Hulberto made a huge save. Alfredão do Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Lorencio in the 62nd minute of play. Rivermania FC's attentive Victor Bazkoare managed to snatch the ball when João Carlos Simão made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. M0RF1G4Z's Alfredão do Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Santxol in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute of the match, Nuno Netto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Severino Hulberto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Erasmo Lorencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredão do Nascimento was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Rivermania FC made a substitution. Teodoro Foro replaced Amado Cuartio. Rivermania FC's Ana Tatangelo was substituted for Erasmo Lorencio. After a rather tough play, Rivermania FC's Bruninho Pitta got a free kick in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Severino Hulberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Vergílio. 84 minutes into the game, Luizinho Quintal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. M0RF1G4Z's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rivermania FC the free kick. In the 84th match minute, M0RF1G4Z was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizinho Quintal to maneuver through the defense. Alfredão do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ana Tatangelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Ana Tatangelo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of M0RF1G4Z's Alfredão do Nascimento.
