Jeronimo Elizardo's late challenge caught a Maccaulich FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Elizardo helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Elizardo. With a little luck, Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans got control of the ball when Octavio Beat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sylvain Holemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blaise Dahmani in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Maccaulich FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blaise Dahmani came free, but Sylvain Holemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnny Clyne charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johnny Clyne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Johnny Clyne hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Sylvain Holemans made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Octavio Beat sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, Maccaulich FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blaise Dahmani came free, but Sylvain Holemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blaise Dahmani in the 14th minute of play forced Maccaulich FC's goalkeeper Sylvain Holemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, NECKER49's Blaise Dahmani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sylvain Holemans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, NECKER49's Jeronimo Elizardo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Sylvain Holemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blaise Dahmani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When NECKER49's Carlos Larra in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maccaulich FC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Norman McWalrick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Cristofor was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 29th minute Blaise Dahmani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylvain Holemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terence McAuslan kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. NECKER49 made a substitution. Moises Cilio replaced Blaise Dahmani. Terence McAuslan hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Sylvain Holemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Cilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Sylvain Holemans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Larra in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Henry Rockeloos made a precise shot to the right of Sylvain Holemans. Maccaulich FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The supporters of NECKER49 booed when Maccaulich FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norman McWalrick didn't get a good kick on the ball. NECKER49 made a substitution. Arsenio Mattin replaced Octavio Beat.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moises Cilio to strike the kick off in the second half. Sylvain Holemans came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by NECKER49's Moises Cilio. But to his dismay, Moises Cilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 57 minutes of play, NECKER49's Arsenio Mattin made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sylvain Holemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the match, Moises Cilio notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans. Sylvain Holemans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 67 minutes into the match, Maccaulich FC's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Cilio came free, but Sylvain Holemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Cilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sylvain Holemans having to make a save. Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Cilio in the 74th minute of play. Sylvain Holemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Cilio in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77thth minute of the game Moises Cilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maccaulich FC's Sylvain Holemans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sylvain Holemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Mattin, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Sylvain Holemans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Cilio went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Maccaulich FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tam Wilson hit a great ball. After 87 minutes of play, NECKER49's Moises Cilio made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sylvain Holemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th minute, Moises Cilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sylvain Holemans was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Cilio in the 98th minute of play forced Maccaulich FC's goalkeeper Sylvain Holemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that NECKER49 were the better team. NECKER49's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
