The crowd rose to their feet as Danijel Petrlin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eriberto Maldonado. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Danijel Petrlin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Maldonado having to make a save. In the 8th minute Danijel Petrlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Maldonado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danijel Petrlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danijel Petrlin in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Maldonado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Danijel Petrlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eriberto Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danijel Petrlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Maksimir's Danijel Petrlin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Maldonado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Danijel Petrlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Eriberto Maldonado made a huge save. Eriberto Maldonado came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Maksimir's Danijel Petrlin. But to his dismay, Danijel Petrlin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Danijel Petrlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danijel Petrlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danijel Petrlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's zone, Danijel Petrlin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Maldonado came out of the goal and Danijel Petrlin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eriberto Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danijel Petrlin in the 30th minute of play. Danijel Petrlin might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eriberto Maldonado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danijel Petrlin ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Adrijan Grbović notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's Eriberto Maldonado. Eriberto Maldonado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eriberto Maldonado stood somewhat misplaced when Danijel Petrlin came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 38 minute. Leo Fix kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Eriberto Maldonado was a little too slow when Danijel Petrlin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 6-0. After having played for 45 minutes, Danijel Petrlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maksimir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danijel Petrlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

After 52 minutes, Danijel Petrlin made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's Eriberto Maldonado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Šandor Dajčić in the 55th minute of play forced Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's goalkeeper Eriberto Maldonado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Šandor Dajčić heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Maksimir's Marin Kuharić was substituted for Gradimir Antonić. Maksimir's attentive Marin Kuharić managed to snatch the ball when Leo Fix made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. Danijel Petrlin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Maldonado having to make a save. 62 minutes into the match, Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's goal looked a bit too open when Danijel Petrlin came free, but Eriberto Maldonado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maksimir made a substitution. Maksim Delić replaced Miodrag Rozga. Danijel Petrlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eriberto Maldonado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 79 minutes of play, Maksimir's Danijel Petrlin made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Maldonado was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Maksimir's Danijel Petrlin in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's goalie prevented a goal. Danijel Petrlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's goal looked a bit too open when Danijel Petrlin came free, but Eriberto Maldonado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danijel Petrlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's Eriberto Maldonado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danijel Petrlin in the 86th minute of play. If Danijel Petrlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute Danijel Petrlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Maldonado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN defense, Danijel Petrlin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Maldonado. The Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Maldonado should have stopped the shot. The Maksimir fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Maksimir's Danijel Petrlin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the Maksimir players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
