Gavellese's Armando Del Monte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottlieb Hammer in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Macias came free, but Karsten Zielinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Flavio Iezzi fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U.P. Gavellese's protests and gave Flavio Iezzi a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes U.P. Gavellese got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Iezzi. Karsten Zielinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Macias in the 12th minute of the match. Gottlieb Hammer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Macias came free, but Karsten Zielinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Elpidio Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Zielinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match U.P. Gavellese got a corner. Balus Treter's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elpidio Macias ran over to the corner to take the kick. U.P. Gavellese's Elpidio Macias was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karsten Zielinski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Karsten Zielinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Rosin in the 23rd minute of the match. The throw-in from Flavio Iezzi in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Balus Treter's Vilhelm Trulsson. After 36th play minutes Gottlieb Hammer shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Armando Del Monte and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 42nd minute Gottlieb Hammer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Del Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, U.P. Gavellese's goal looked a bit too open when Gottlieb Hammer came free, but Armando Del Monte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Balus Treter were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alessio Volta was the one to do the kick off. Elivélton Tavares hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Balus Treter's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elpidio Macias was slow to take the kick. During this time U.P. Gavellese's players had a chance to rest. 61 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Kaká came free, but Karsten Zielinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gottlieb Hammer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Armando Del Monte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Kaká scored 1-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karsten Zielinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Balus Treter's Gottlieb Hammer got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Armando Del Monte managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Balus Treter's Gottlieb Hammer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Armando Del Monte made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Gottlieb Hammer sent off a good shot on target. After 91 played minutes Balus Treter got a freekick which was hit by Jacob van der Werff. Elpidio Macias, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Neşat Beykan hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
